One of the hardest things for a photographer to do is to get a person to smile "naturally" on command. Now, add the fact that the subject might be a toddling 2 year old on the distracting beaches of the OBX and that becomes even harder! So you can see why this photograph might be one of my favorites of this past year. Hope you enjoy!
