The Groft, Peterson & Parlett Families - Another Summer in Carova.

I have photographed the Groft, Peterson, and Parlett families many times, and it’s always a pleasure to see them back in Carova.

We met on the beach at 6:45, when the evening light was beginning to soften across the sand, and their coordinated pinks and soft coastal colors worked beautifully with the dunes and ocean behind them.

With a group that’s been together so often, there’s an easy familiarity—relaxed smiles, a few silly moments, genuine laughter. Each year brings new memories to a tradition they’ve built together, and those are the moments these photographs hold onto.
