The Furlough Family – New Memories in Duck, NC

There’s something incredibly special about photographing a brand new baby on the beach, and the Furlough Family gave me that honor. We met up in Duck for an evening session that was all about family, connection, and celebrating the newest little arrival.

This session included a set of grandparents, two grandchildren, and a group of loving parents who all wanted their turn holding the baby. Her older cousin stole the show a few times with how sweetly she adored her, and watching that bond unfold in front of the camera was one of the highlights of the evening.

The setting sun and the soft waves made a peaceful backdrop for a family full of love and gratitude. These are the kinds of sessions that leave me smiling the whole drive home.
