West Anderson Thompson Family – Family Photography in Duck, NC

I had the pleasure of photographing the West Anderson Thompson Family during their Outer Banks vacation, and what a fun day it turned out to be. We met in Duck, NC, on a cool summer afternoon that felt perfect for a beach session. The family included two wonderful grandparents who aren’t married but are connected through their kids’ marriage, which made for such an interesting and heartwarming family story.

They brought along six grandkids, all girls except for one lucky boy. The energy was high, the laughter was constant, and everyone was ready to have a good time. We played in the sand, enjoyed the breeze off the Atlantic, and captured a mix of candid moments and posed portraits that truly showed their personalities.
